NEODENT NEW WEBSITE

From a website redesign to a research-driven digital strategy.

01

THE CHALLENGE

It started with a simple redesign request.
The website needed to feel more current, but before redesigning the interface, I wanted to understand whether we were solving the right problem.

The assumption:

Users came to Neodent looking for solutions to clinical problems.

"I have a patient with maxillary atrophy. Which product can help me?"

02

RESEARCH → INSIGHT

Users already knew what they were looking for.
Our core customers were familiar with Neodent and often arrived looking for specific information about a product they already knew.

WHAT WE ASSUMED

Clinical problem → Product discovery

WHAT WE FOUND

Known product → Specific information → Resources

03

THE STRATEGIC SHIFT

The website was part of a much larger ecosystem.
Instead of treating the website as a standalone destination, I repositioned it as the entry point to the broader Neodent ecosystem.

04

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE

Rebuilding the experience from the structure up.
The redesign wasn't just visual. I restructured the site's information architecture and navigation around how customers actually use the ecosystem.

05

PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

A product page designed to connect the ecosystem.
Instead of reproducing a brochure, the product page became a starting point for deeper information across the ecosystem.

07

REFLECTION

The biggest change wasn't the interface.
It was changing how we understood the role of the website.
