I found my way here by being curious about how things work and why they don't.
That curiosity took me from Civil Engineering to software development, UX Research and eventually Product Design. Along the way, I discovered that what I enjoy most is understanding people, questioning problems and helping teams figure out what to build next.

I joined Think of Us to deepen my experience in UX Research and work on products designed to support communities through technology.
I conducted research with Community Responders to understand pain points in their existing tools and inform a migration from Zendesk to Salesforce.
I also contributed to an AI-powered platform designed to help community members find relevant resources without relying on Community Responders for every request.

I joined ExxonMobil as a software development intern before moving into UX, eventually taking ownership of the design direction for my team.
This was where I built the foundation of how I work today. I learned to combine research, design and technology while working closely with developers, business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
WHEN I'M NOT DESIGNING, I'M USUALLY EXPLORING SOMETHING NEW.
I like variety. New places, new hobbies, new problems to figure out.
